David came to Abacus from Virginia Commonwealth University where he was a Senior Research Associate at the Center for Public Policy and the Survey and Evaluation Research Laboratory, and a professor in the L. Douglas Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs.
David holds a Ph.D. in political science from the University of North Carolina. He is a member of the American Association of Public Opinion Research and the American Association of Political Consultants.
